Michele Pratt is the Accounting Assistant at Ashbritt Environmental. Michele brings with her over 25 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Human Resources. She was born in Troy, New York and comes with a “can do” attitude. Michele has lived in South Florida for 35 Years. She has taken on several types of Industries over the years. Michele Started her career with Avante Group Inc. in Hollywood Florida. Avante Group is a nationwide Nursing Home Management Company. Here she worked her way up to Accounts Payable and Payroll Supervisor. After working with Avante Group for 11 years, she moved to Boca Raton and took on the role as Accounts Payable Manager with Hair Club for Men & Woman. At Hair Club she managed a team of 6 and streamlined the Accounts Payable processing to be more efficient and cost effective. After working for Hair Club for 3 years she was offered a position with a well- known Land Developer. It was here at Paramount Worldwide that Michele was taken to the next level in her career. Her role here was Accounts Payable, Payroll and Human Resource Manager. She learned about construction from the ground up. This position was not only challenging, it was interesting and exciting on a whole new level. It was at Paramount Worldwide that Michele became a leader with the knowledge, experience and skills to thrive in a very competitive market. Unfortunately, after 7 years with Paramount it was at this point she had to move back to New York to take care of ailing parents. Once in New York Michele went to work for a large Corporation called FYE (For Your Entertainment) with over 350 retail stores nationwide. Her role this time would be Payroll Manager for 4000 employees on a weekly basis. This job gave Michele the confidence to tackle anything that came her way. She has established herself as a “People Person” which works quite well with our Clients, Subcontractors and our Employees.
