Brittany Perkins Castillo is Chief Executive Officer at AshBrittFamily of Companies – AshBritt, Inc., AshBritt Management and Logistics, and AshBritt Infrastructure. As CEO Brittany has taken AshBritt to new heights, launching AshBritt Infrastructure and growing AshBritt Management and Logistics. Brittany has led AshBritt’s operations following natural disaster events including Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Michael and the 2017 California wildfire U.S. Army Corps of Engineers mission, the COVID-19 pandemic, and various humanitarian crises.

Prior to joining AshBritt, Brittany was a prosecutor, managed a law practice in Austin, Texas, and was a program manager in Doha, Qatar. She holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. Brittany served on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ Transition Advisory Committee on the Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture as well as on the Transition Advisory Committee on Health and Wellness Policy.

Brittany is known as a vocal advocate for supporting and mentoring young women and frequently speaks about the need for equity and diversity in operations and emergency management fields. She recently launched WTFem.org, a repository for resources to help advance women in the emergency management field. Brittany is Vice Chair of the Pace Center for Girls Board of Trustees, a member of the board of directors of the AshBritt Foundation and 4Girls Foundation, and serves on the Business Advisory Council for Dress for Success Palm Beaches. Brittany is also the co-author of the international best-seller Leading Through the Pandemic: Unconventional Wisdom from Heartfelt Leaders.
