Chief Executive Officer

Brittany Perkins Castillo is Chief Executive Officer at AshBritt, a turn-key rapid-response emergency management, logistics, and disaster response contractor that has performed more than 400 missions, serving more than 600 clients across the United States and Caribbean.

Since being named CEO, Brittany has grown new divisions in contruction and logistics management sectors and has led AshBritt’s operations following Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Michael, the 2017 and 2018 California wildfires, and the COVID-19 pandemic.

Prior to joining AshBritt, Brittany was a prosecutor, managed a law practice in Austin, Texas, and launched an international not-for-profit organization Doha, Qatar. She holds a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University. She is bilingual English-Spanish and a member of the Texas Bar. Brittany served on Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ Transition Advisory Committee on the Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture as well as on the Transition Advisory Committee on Health and Wellness Policy.

Brittany is Vice Chair of the Pace Center for Girls Board of Trustees, a member of the board of directors of the AshBritt Foundation and 4Girls Foundation, and serves on the Business Advisory Council for Dress for Success Palm Beaches. Brittany is an international best-selling author and frequently speaks on the topic of women in operations and emergency management.
