In addition, the Director of Professional Responsibility at Ashbritt provides training and around the clock assistance for all employees.
Drug Free Workplace
Recognizing that substance abuse (including alcohol) is a detrimental problem facing society, AshBritt has implemented proactive procedures to actively fight this problem. One of the ways we are addressing this problem is by implementing and maintaining a substance abuse policy to ensure the company will be a drug-free workplace. The ultimate goal of this policy is to balance our respect for individual privacy with our need to keep a safe, productive, drug-free environment.
